In the first degree, the inner healing channel is activated by the teacher, which helps to release one’s own energy blockages and develop awareness of energies and spirituality. You will learn the traditional hand positions of the Usui system in order to transmit „Universal Energy“ through your hands and activate self-healing abilities. This serves as an introduction to a process of transformation. Your own spirituality begins to flow. Animals and plants are also very receptive to Reiki energy.

The course includes detailed seminar and training materials, a diploma for the corresponding Reiki degree, and access to the content in my Dropbox. You will also receive a Reiki lineage. No prerequisites are required for the first degree, only curiosity and the willingness to learn this ancient Japanese energy and healing method.
