You will learn the classic hand positions of the Usui system, allowing you to channel „Universal Energy“
through your hands to activate your own self-healing abilities.

You’ll also be introduced to a range of Japanese Reiki techniques
such as Kenyoku, Byosen, Beaming, Scanning,
Gassho Meditation, and more.
